Offer terms: founding setup covers the first five paying customers, and their monthly price is fixed while they stay subscribed. Yearly plans are paid up front; if you stop early, unused whole months are refunded. The one-job guarantee covers your first paid month and counts any enquiry the Third Ring text brought in that you went on to quote for. Referral months are credited once the referred trade has paid their first month. Offers can’t be exchanged for cash.

Is a robot going to answer my phone?
Not on Text-back. That plan only sends texts. On Answered a voice assistant picks up the calls you miss and says what it is in the first sentence. No pretending to be your secretary.
Do I have to change my number?
No. You keep your number and your phone rings first as normal. Third Ring sits behind it and only catches what rings out.
What if I answer the call?
Nothing happens at all. No text, no charge, no interference.
Does diverting cost me?
Some networks charge for diverted calls. I test it on your handset and your network before you pay a penny, and I will tell you straight if yours is one of them.
Am I tied in?
No contract. Text me to stop, dial one code, and your phone is back exactly how it was.
What happens to my customers' details?
They go to you and nowhere else. No lead selling, no sharing, nobody added to a mailing list.
How quickly does the text go out?
Within seconds of the call ringing out. The window that matters is the first minute, when they are still holding the phone, and it is built to land well inside it.
What if somebody texts back at midnight?
The reply lands on your phone like any other text. Nothing rings, nothing wakes you, and it is there in the morning with the postcode already on it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for twelve months up front and get two months free: £790 for Text-back, £1,790 for Answered. There is still no contract. Stop early and I refund the whole months you have not used.
